Terms of Use
Terms for using Jianhui Gao’s independent apps and this website — including the MedTrack non-prescriptive boundary.
Updated 2026-08-12
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of:
- this website (App Garden)
- MedTrack / 智药箱
- Yueji / 悦己美妆管家
- Tutor Desk / 课伴
The apps and website are provided by independent developer Jianhui Gao / 高剑辉.
By using the apps or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. What these products are
I build small utility apps for everyday problems:
- MedTrack — home medicine inventory, expiry awareness, and reminders
- Yueji — beauty/skincare inventory and related lifestyle tools
- Tutor Desk — scheduling, packages, and payment tracking for private tutors
They are personal productivity tools, not enterprise SaaS platforms and not clinical systems.
2. Not medical advice (MedTrack)
MedTrack is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
It does not:
- diagnose conditions
- recommend medicines
- tell you how, when, or how much to take a medicine
- replace a clinician, pharmacist, or emergency services
It only helps you manage factual information about medicines you already keep (for example name, expiry date, location, and reminders you set).
If you need health advice, contact a qualified professional.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of information you enter
- how you use reminders and exported lists
- reviewing any AI-generated suggestions before relying on them
- complying with local laws when tutoring or handling student information in Tutor Desk
4. Accounts and access
Core features are designed to work without creating an account with me. Access to paid features is managed through Apple In-App Purchase.
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Prices and purchase types are shown in the App Store and may change.
Examples from current China App Store listings (confirm live prices before buying):
- MedTrack Pro — one-time purchase
- Yueji Pro — one-time purchase after a free trial period described in the store listing
- Tutor Desk Pro — subscription pricing as shown in the store listing
Apple’s refund and subscription rules apply. I cannot manually override Apple’s billing system.
Tutor Desk may also reference Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) where linked from the App Store listing.
6. AI features
Some features may use third-party AI services (for example package recognition in MedTrack, or feedback drafting in Tutor Desk).
AI output can be wrong or incomplete. You must review it. AI features are optional aids, not authorities.
7. Intellectual property
The apps, website design, and original content are owned by me unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the apps except as allowed by law or Apple’s rules.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The apps and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the apps or website.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Website content
Guides and articles on this website are general information. They are not medical, legal, or professional advice.
11. Changes
I may update these Terms as products change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
